When can I schedule a showing?
A: Showings can be scheduled 7 days a week between 9 AM – 9 PM. Simply contact us by phone, email, or through the online form to book your time.

What is your resident selection criteria to rent one of your properties?
A: At JC Florida Realty, we follow consistent and fair standards when reviewing all rental applications. Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and financially responsible living environment for every resident.
Application Review Includes:
Credit History – A satisfactory credit record is required. Reports are obtained from a national credit bureau.
Income Verification – Applicants must demonstrate stable income that meets or exceeds 3x the monthly rent. Verification may include pay stubs, tax returns, or employment letters.
Rental History – Positive rental references are required. Prior evictions, unpaid balances, or frequent late payments may result in denial.
Criminal Background – A background check will be completed. Applications may be denied for certain felony convictions or offenses that present risk to the community.
Identification – All applicants must provide valid government-issued photo identification.
Additional Notes:
Applications are processed in the order received.
An application does not guarantee approval.
Each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application.
